We predict that this stock will be a benchmark for sniper rifles in the future. We have features that the hand laid fiberglass/kevlar stock makers cannot incorporate into their stocks. What we have done is eliminated most of the expensive hand labor and passed the savings on to you. We are keeping the price down so that most rifle owners can afford a top notch sniper stock. Most shooters know what free floating the barrel and a bedding block does for a rifle, we have made this difficult job easy. The stock is molded in dark olive drab green color. The polymer stock can be painted with almost any automotive spray color. The rubber recoil pad is a little on the stiff side because it is much more durable at this durometer than a cushy pad, with a ¾” compression that can allow a shooter to get a scope eye piece hit in the eyebrow. Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REMINGTON ADL & BDL RIFLES?
A: The BDL has a hinged floor plate assembly allowing ammo removal from the bottom of the rifle. The ADL has a trigger guard only without the hinged floor plate. The magazine well on the ADL is a blind bottom. Our ADL &BDL stocks both utilize blind mags. The spring and follower on the BDL are transferred quite easily to the inside of the stock. Most competent gunsmiths can custom fit a hinged floor plate to your stock if you require it.

Q: HOW DO YOU INSTALL THE SHELL FOLLOWER AND SPRING IN THE NEW STOCK?
A: Place it in the new stocks molded-in magazine well and set the action on top. Make sure it moves freely before you torque the screws down.

Since the sun has set on the Assault Weapon Ban, Choate Machine & Tool has brought back what we consider to be the finest flash hider for the Mini-14. The long flash chamber copies the classic M-14 battle rifle, looks great, and is an improved flash reducer. It includes a built-in, narrow front sight blade that gives a vastly improved sight picture, especially at long range and has raised "wings" on both sides to protect the front sight. Secures with a 1/8" roll pin. Will not fit new 2008 Mini-14 models with serial numbers beginning with 580 (ex: 580-XXXX)
